with the mental hospital having two floors, there are plenty of sleeping quarters for everyone. being that they once held mental patients, the windows and doors all have doors and bars on them that would come in handy if zombies every breached the perimeter. some of the larger rooms can accommodate entire families while most are only big enough for a person or two.
