COMMUNITY ROOM
this was once a room where mental patients were allowed to visit on good behavior. now, it serves as the center of activity for the base. residents will gather here to relax or chat as will children to play board or card games. its an easy going place and quite laid back considering the chaos of the world outside.

LIBRARY
the stash of books here wasn't too extensive, but since the outbreak, base citizens have started keeping their literature here for others to share. story time is offered for the children as well as regular school sessions.

GYMNASIUM
getting outdoors for exercise is usually dangerous, so the old gym gets put to good use.

BATHROOMS
for now, the plumbing and water still works here...but who knows for how long. there's a creepy air that lingers here, so its best to use the buddy system.

THERAPY ROOMS
the dozen or so therapy rooms were used for the mentally ill. now, they sit empty and abandoned. some residents sneak away here for a little alone time, but not all the therapy rooms are pleasant to be in. though most are remodeled, a few still retain the look from their electroshock therapy days.

INFIRMARY
the base does not have many medications in their possession, but they try to keep everything locked away in the infirmary for use. anyone who is sick or injured can come see the makeshift doctor here.
